Vanishing Hunter Scent Elimination Wipes - 20 pack flat oval
This slim package easily fits into a backpack or gear bag, making it convenient to wipe down in the field or before entering the woods. Wiping down is much easier than running home to take a shower, especially for those rushing home from work or elsewhere. Hunters can also use a Vanishing Hunter wipe for treating themselves on those hot and humid all-day hunts. VH Wipes are safe to use on the skin, so hunters can go right to the source of their game-alerting stink. They can also be used to wipe down boots, steps, or any other non-metal hunting gear.
Scent Control: Your first and most important step to fooling any animal with a sensitive nose!
Body Odor Anytime of the Year
While setting your synthetic deer traps or simply scouting your area, always follow strict scent control. Make sure both you and your gear are extremely clean. Always spray your hands with Vanishing Hunter before touching anything. Wear clean de-scented clothes, rubber, and maybe even Scent-Lok clothing. De-scent your rubber boots or waders and other gear with Vanishing Hunter. To help minimize leaving any lingering scent when accessing your hunting spots always clear your trail by trimming any thick brush you might contact. All of this is crucial when making or checking your “Buck Traps”.Body Odor During Hunting Season
If you want your best results don't cut ANY CORNERS, and follow our entire recommended scent control procedure. If possible, take a shower using any soap and shampoo you desire. After showering and while still damp, spray Vanishing Hunter directly to your clean skin and rub it over your entire body and your head or hair (if you have any). Next, towel-dry or air-dry with a hair dryer. If you can't shower, simply spray Vanishing Hunter directly on your bare skin. Leaving the VH residue on your skin will help you remain scent-free all day long, even while sweating. Now brush your teeth and tongue with toothpaste. Then rinse your mouth with Vanishing Hunter and spit it out. Remember, horses and dogs can identify you by mouth odor alone, and so can any mature deer. Your skin and breath are the two largest sources of your major deer-alerting odors.
Your Hunting Clothes
Wash your hunting clothes often (every week) to rid them of all odors. Use baking soda alone, with no soap in the washer. Air-dry, or put them in the dryer with no softener sheet and a little baking soda in the dryer. In between washes you can treat your clothes with a light spray of Vanishing Hunter. Keep your clean and de-scented hunting gear in a plastic, rubber, or Scent-Lok bag and keep the bag in an enclosed container. Always spray your hands with Vanishing Hunter before handling any of your clothes or gear. Never wear any part of your hunting gear until you're actually entering your hunting area. Always wear rubber boots and make sure they're clean and VH de-scented both inside and out.
Now that you've gone to this level of scent control, hunt the wind at your backside!
